PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk. (BSIM) will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) at the end of the first semester of this year.
Based on the disclosure of information to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the company will hold an AGMS with 6 agendas. The first agenda is the approval of the annual report of the board of directors for the financial year ending on December 31. Second, ratification of the annual calculation (balance sheet and calculation of loss/profit) for the financial year ending on December 31 and granting waiver of responsibilities to members of the board of directors and board of commissioners for the management and supervision that have been carried out for the financial year ending on December 31.
